酿酒设备中的蒸馏设备作用有哪些?

1、分离浓缩作用

酒醅蒸馏主要是提取酒精及香味物质,并蒸入一定量的水,也混入一些微量物质,与此同时还排出了由固形物高沸点物质与水等组成的酒糟。

另外,从气相排出一些低沸点杂质,如二氧化碳、酒、硫化氢、游离氨等。在分离的同时对酒精及香味成分也起到了浓缩的作用。
